Allow me to introduce myself. I am a passionate cloud engineer with a strong desire to build systems from the ground up. My journey into the realm of cloud computing began during my first year of university, where I immersed myself in the study of computer systems and networking. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion for the world of cloud computing. The idea of creating serverless systems, harnessing the power of cloud automation, and designing robust cloud infrastructures and architectures fascinated me immensely. Since then, I have dedicated myself to honing my skills and expertise in this field, constantly seeking innovative solutions and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements. As a cloud engineer, I am driven by a deep sense of enthusiasm and a relentless pursuit of excellence, striving to shape the future of cloud technology.

Hosting a Scalable Website on Google Cloud Platform with Cloud Storage, Load Balancer, Cloud Functions, and Firebase
My website is designed and hosted on the Google Cloud Platform. The website's content is stored in Google Cloud Storage, which provides highly durable and available object storage with low latency and high throughput.To access the website content stored in the Cloud Storage bucket, I used the Google Load Balancer, which distributes incoming traffic across multiple instances of my website hosted in the Google Cloud.
To track visitor counts, I created a serverless Python function in Google Cloud Functions. The function retrieves the visitor count from Firebase, Google's real-time NoSQL database, and increments the value every time a user visits the website. By leveraging the power of serverless computing, I can scale the function automatically to handle any amount of traffic without worrying about infrastructure management.
Overall, using the Google Cloud Platform's suite of services including Cloud Storage, Load Balancer, Cloud Functions, and Firebase, I can host my website in a highly scalable and cost-effective manner while still providing a great user experience with real-time visitor count tracking.
